What we do

When something breaks, we show up.

Property managers and corporate facility teams have two kinds of work. The big projects that go through procurement. And the everyday stuff — a flooded floor at 11 p.m., a tenant move-in that needs a wall built by Friday, an after-hours leak from the suite above, a lobby light that hasn't worked since last week. The first kind is usually solved. The second kind is the one that wears teams down.

We run a facility services program for portfolio clients (CBRE, BGIS, Brookfield) and corporate facility teams. Make-ready scope packages by site, small-works under $50K cleared in a week, and a single PM who knows your portfolio. Most of this work is sub-$25K per ticket, but it adds up to a steady program when there's a portfolio behind it.

Portfolio walk-through, building contact list, building rules per site, after-hours protocol, billing terms. Single PM assigned to your portfolio. We become a known quantity in your buildings.

Ticket intake
One phone number, one email, one PM. Routine tickets within 48 hours. Same-day for urgent. After-hours and weekend calls answered live by an on-call supervisor — not a voicemail box.
STEP / 03
Execute
Most work is done by our own crew. Specialty trades brought in as needed, all pre-qualified, all carrying current WSIB, insurance and Working at Heights. Photos before and after, signed work order, no surprises.
STEP / 04
Bill & report
Single monthly invoice across the portfolio, sortable by building. Trend reports if you want them — what broke, where, how often. Helps the next capital plan.
