Construction and renovation work for municipal, provincial and federal government, public-sector landlords, school boards and health authorities. Cleared, insured, bonded, audit-ready, accessible — the boxes that have to be checked before you can quote on a public project, checked.
Public-sector work is construction wrapped in a procurement layer. Before you can pour a slab on a federal project, you need WSIB clearance current, $5M+ commercial general liability, an Ontario performance bond, a labour-and-material payment bond, contractor security clearance for some sites, AODA-trained crew, audited financials and a vendor profile that's been pre-qualified through MERX, Bonfire or BGIS Marketplace. We carry all of that. It's not optional and it's the first filter on most public RFPs.
On site, public projects come with their own discipline. Federal heritage buildings have Section 41 OHA constraints. Provincial offices have Ministry of Labour reporting protocols. Health authority work has infection-control protocols (ICRA matrix) that are non-negotiable. School boards have CRC-cleared-only-on-site rules during operating hours. We've done all of it.
Public procurement, executed as construction.
