Most of our work is repeat business or referrals. The first project is the test — we deliver, you call us back. The first call is usually one of three: a property manager who needs a tenant fit-out coordinated, a fellow GC who needs a specialty crew on a job, or an owner who's been told we work clean inside occupied buildings.
